Pilot Check Valve
Single Pilot Check Valve (PCV)
Used to lock a cylinder or part of a hydraulic circuit and prevent reverse flow until pilot pressure is applied.
Used for secure load holding and hydraulic locking applications.
In free flow direction through the inlet, the ball becomes unseated and flow exits through the cylinder port.
When the control valve is centered, the load remains locked.
Pilot pressure holds the ball open and allows return flow.
Internally piloted design.
